Maarten Seesing

As of February 2026 I will be starting at Papamoa Pines. I completed my medical degree in Utrecht, the Netherlands, after which I obtained a PhD in surgery and completed the majority of my surgical training. However, I discovered that my true passion lay in general practice, which led me to switch to family medicine. This is a decision I have never regretted.

Together with my family, we moved to New Zealand in early 2026 to live and work in this beautiful country. In my free time, I enjoy camping with my family and spending time on sports and with friends.
