Alternatively, you can go to Accident and HealthCare at 2nd Ave or the Emergency Department at Tauranga Hospital.
On behalf of all our staff we understand that getting in to see a doctor has become difficult - please be aware that this is not exclusive to Papamoa Pines but is indeed an issue across the country - a "whole of system" workforce crisis in NZ.
Whilst we sympathise with your frustrations we have noted a marked increase in verbal aggression and abuse being demonstrated towards our staff - please be aware that our staff are doing their very best in very trying circumstances. Please do not abuse them as this will not be tolerated in any shape or form.
